By looking at the market, I can also give you a good idea of how long it may take to sell your home and come up with some options to best meet your goals.
In that initial consultation, I can walk through your home with you and give you tips about changes that you can make to help your home show better and ultimately sell faster and for more money. Some sellers want to do renovations before putting their home on the market. I can let you know which renovations can give you the most bang for your buck. However, one of the most important steps is staging and getting professional photos taken of your home. It’s the best way to showcase your home, and I can help with scheduling and staging these photos as well. And the best part... these professional photos are not an additional charge to you! It’s a standard part of the marketing plan that I provide to all of my clients.
