Dogwood Realty was founded by the Paulson family. Stacy and Brandon grew up in Robinson, Texas, just outside of Waco, and were high school sweethearts. In 2005, they married and moved to College Station to continue their education at Texas A&M. They loved the area so much that they decided to make the Brazos Valley their home. They are now blessed with three children - Levi, Brooklynn, and Katelynn.

Stacy is the broker and owner of Dogwood Realty. For over a decade she has been helping home buyers and sellers in the Brazos Valley area.
Stacy graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science, specializing in education. After graduation, she taught math, science, and dance at Navasota Junior High. In 2010, she took a year off from teaching to stay home with her first child, Levi. During that time she concentrated on pursuing her new passion - real estate. In 2011, Stacy officially became a REALTOR®. Along the way, she earned multiple awards, served on the Board of Directors for the Bryan-College Station Association of Realtors, became a part owner for a local real estate company, and earned her Brokers license. In 2021, she would go on to form Dogwood Realty.
During her free time, Stacy enjoys gardening, cooking, and taking her family on camping trips. She is the mother to three enthusiastic children - Levi, Brooklynn, and Katelynn. She continues to get her education fix in by serving at Beacon Baptist Church as the children's education director.
